Lyndsay Bishop is the BEST salesperson and the ONLY reason to visit Serra Toyota. She's help my hand through every visit to the nonfunctional service center. She earns 5 stars every time. The Service Center employees (except Kevin) are inexperienced in customer service experience. The service center earns zero stars.

Drove an hour and a half for service on our Lexus 350. Needed brakes, oil change, tire rotation. Simple every day service.
After 2.5 hours they come out and say, we have rotation and balancing done. 30 minute job. But oops, don’t know if we have brakes. Oh, we have aftermarket brakes. “Is that cheaper? Are they Lexus quality?”
I don’t know. Comes back out and says they are the same price but I’ll give you a deal. Rrrrrriiiigggghhhhtttt.

I am writing to further detail my experience with Serra Toyota, specifically their maintenance department and service manager, both of which I believe to be dishonest and lacking in integrity. When presented with clear issues and even supporting proof of neglect, the dealership refuses to take responsibility, instead shifting blame onto the customer.

Deceptive business practices they take your personal information, including your Social Security number over the phone and string your long acting like they’re going to sell you the vehicle after you ask questions and then after three days say no we’re not gonna sell you the car while you’re a cash buyer Already bought the vehicle elsewhere. We had an issue with our car (Lexus) as we were driving to Traverse City late on a Friday afternoon. We spoke with Sam in Service and he was very helpful, telling us to bring our car in and they would take a look at it. When we got there, Kevin was the agent we worked with. He was very professional and within an hour the problem was fixed. Thanks for fixing a problem for total strangers on very short notice. Much appreciated.

Same as most Toyota dealers.maufactured supply shortage allowing selling over MSRP. Plus dealership fees that are not explained as they are really pure profit. Of course making money is the aim I just need transparanco. I would like to only deal with internet manager. Buy new from build list.when that's done and price agreed then come into dealerships to finish paperwork. Love Toyota cars. All great until it gets here. Dealers won't order and when they do it's white or black.
Jordan was awesome to work with! Pickup went really smoothly, whoever dropped off my car even put it super close to where it was (in a parking garage!!!) and when there was a hiccup with the free oil changes the car came with up to a certain mileage, Jordan was able to work it out with me to where we were both happy. Awesome guy!

I purchased a Rav4 from Serra and it was a great experience. The sales consultant, Sam, was fantastic. He communicated with me frequently during the whole process and explained the features of the car clearly. Would definitely recommend purchasing from Serra.
Had to schedule an oil change two months in advance which is a bit extreme. Oil change took 45 minutes which is great. Previous dealership, Principal Toyota in Memphis, TN would take two hours for an oil change.
In for an oil change, no appointment, they were able to get me in with little wait time.
Very open friendly no pressure. No dealer fees. Lot and showroom and vehicles spotlessly clean
Justin Schunck helped us find our new rav4, which we love! It seems rav4s are hard to get your hands on but Justin was on top of it and made sure we were the first to know about one coming in. He helped us through the whole process, it was so smooth and easy we will go to him for our next car. Highly recommend!

I was in the market last year for a highlander, and Jim found one on the assembly line with a build date. He was able to deliver that car to me in less than two weeks!! This year was looking for used daily driver hopefully a rav4- just dropped in to see Jim , well, a week later was driving away with a 2017 rav4 low mileage with a full Toyota factory warranty. One thing to say ‘ Jim is the Man!!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Had a plastic rivet fall out while on vacation which caused part of the fendler liner to rub against the tire. I didn't want to drive all the way back to KY with the potential for more damage so I stopped by and the service advisor I worked with was quick in getting my vehicle back into the bay to have the component replaced. I was probably there for 20 minutes maximum. Absolutely awesome job.
