My husband and I had a wonderful experience leasing our new RAV4 from Serra Toyota of Traverse City. I had a great experience. Although I chose not to wait in the waiting room, I was very pleased with the safety precautions put in place to mitigate risk to employees and customers during the COVID 19 pandemic.

It was great. We looked at a few cars and then we came across the demo car. That vehicle made the most sense so I ended up going with that. Ryan made the experience easy and I was very happy to drive off the lot with the new Highlander.

This was a good experience, even though I had to wait a couple of hours due to the safety practices put in place at Toyota. Matt was helpful and friendly. I had snow tires removed and summer tires put on. When I got home, there was a loud noise coming from the left front tire. I called Toyota and brought the car back. It was a quick fix. Matt said there was no charge, and gave me a free oil change when I needed it next. Great service.

It was odd to say the least, taking my car in for repair during the height of the pandemic. Matt made it easy to drop off, kept me informed by text and phone of the progress of my repairs, and an easy, no-contact pickup! Thanks Matt!
